NO BUNK JUST FUNK
I stopped by to check out Chill N Out in reseda to try the cryotherapy cold box. I hurt my back and got 4 herniated disc & hurt my neck and got 3 herniated disc in the past from car accidents and sports. Man my body went it to shock at first but man it really helped my back. When I got out of the cold box the tightness I usually feel in the back was way more relaxed. If you hurt your back, looking for good chi, or if your are an athlete this is the place for you.
