General

What should I bring with me?
We recommend to bring a swimsuit (underwire-free) or swim trunks for the sausa and red light. Because these therapies are totally individual and private in a locked room you can also go in there totally natural. We provide infrared protective goggles for the red light therapy.

If you are doing a cryotherapy session, your own socks are totally required. We provide gloves, ear muffs and beanies that are required too, but you are welcome to bring your own.

If you are doing an infrared sauna session, 2 towels are required. Sandals are recommended. And extra clothing change is also recommended. We can provide towels but most people bring their own.

For the compression therapy and the EMS, light spots clothes is recommended.
Can I stop if I feel uncomfortable or claustrophobic?
Yes, you can stop the session at anytime. Simply exit the chambers.
Do you allow minors to use the services?
Not at this time, but we invite them to join us when they turn 18.
Do you provide towels?
Yes we do. Most people prefer to bring their own. Towels are required for Infrared Sauna.
How are the machines cleaned?
Keeping our wellness center clean is important to us. After every session, a staff member wipes the equipment with an anti-bacterial solution so you can solely focus on your wellness.
What if I’m pregnant?
We do not recommend cryo, infrared sauna, red light, or compression therapies if you are pregnant. If you are lactating, please consult your doctor.
Where do I park?
Plenty of free street parking is available.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that stuff happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, visit Mindbody. We ask for 12 hour advance notice to avoid cancellation fees.

No shows will be charged the full single session price. If you have a monthly membership, no shows will be charged $10.

Cryotherapy

What is provided during a cryotherapy session?
We provide fuzzy slippers, gloves, ear muffs, and beanies that are required too, but you are welcome to bring your own. Your own socks are totally required with no exception.
How should I prepare for this session?
Come in with dry skin and hair to avoid frostbite, avoid applying oils and lotion, and remove all jewelry. If you are doing another session, you must plan to do cryotherapy first.
How long is each cryotherapy treatment?
The standard treatment time inside the chamber is 2 – 6 minutes depending on your body. We offer up to 15 minute sessions so you can comfortably transition in and out of the private room. None of your guest are allowed in it, only you.
Is there anyone that shouldn’t do cryo?
If you have any medical conditions, always consult your doctor. Cryotherapy is not recommended for pregnant women. If you have any skin infections or open wounds, it is best to avoid this therapy until healed.

Infrared Sauna

How should I prepare for this session?
It is important to stay hydrated before, during, and after the sauna session. Avoid heavy meals and putting any products on your skin before the session.
How long is each infrared sauna treatment?
The standard treatment time is 30 minutes, but you may request a shorter session.
Is the sauna private or shared?
Your session is a private session. Only couples membership will allow share the sauna with one more person.
Can the temperature be adjusted?
If you simply open the door to let some room temperature air inside temperature will drope. But the chamber is set to a max temperature and the digital setting can't be altered.
Is there anyone that shouldn’t do infrared sauna?
If you have any medical conditions, always consult your doctor. Infrared Sauna is not recommended for pregnant women. If you have any skin infections or open wounds, it is best to avoid this therapy until healed.

Normatec Compression

How long is each compression treatment?
The treatment time is 30 minutes.

Red Light

How should I prepare for this session?
You must come with clean skin without moisturizer or makeup. Be sure to not apply any harsh topical serums or ointments such as retinol, glycolic acid, topical steroids, prior to the session to avoid skin sensitivity.
How long is each red light treatment?
The treatment time is 15 minutes.

If you have any medical conditions, always consult your doctor. Red light is not recommended for pregnant women. If you have any skin infections or open wounds, it is best to avoid this therapy until healed.
